Homemade Granola

| Nalan for Hygeia

Ingredients (1 serving)

* 1 cup raw buckwheat
* 0.5 tbsp coconut oil
* 3 tbsp raw cacao or carob powder

Preparation

Melt the coconut oil and mix it with cocoa or carob powder. Pour the oil into a bowl and mix it with the buckwheat. All has to be soaked. Spread the mixture on a baking paper lined tray and bake in the preheated oven at 150 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Stir the mixture occasionally.

You can add

* Before baking – Nuts (mixed or one type)
* After baking – Peanut butter, honey or molasses, dry or fresh fruit
